How does borrowing from us work?

View our Ao Dai collection: Reach out to us to book an appointment to view our collection in Chadstone.

Reserve your Ao Dai: We will reserve your Ao Dai for your collection prior to your special occasion.

Return your Ao Dai: Return your Ao Dai to our south-east locations in Chadstone or Noble Park North by the agreed day.

*Late fees ($20 per day per garment) will be applicable for late returns past the assigned return date.

What are your availabilities?

We are flexible with availabilities to see our showroom in Chadstone. Please reach out to us to book in an appointment.

Where is your showroom?

Our showroom is located in the Chadstone, VIC 3148.
Pick up can be arranged from Chadstone or our alternate location in Noble Park North

When can I pick up my reserved Ao Dai?

We request that you pick up your Ao Dai 1 to 2 days prior to your event, returning 1 to 2 days after. The specific timing can be discussed during your appointment.

Is there a bond?

Yes, there will be a bond, with the amount depending on how many garments are borrowed. The bond will be returned with you within 7 days once we have had all the Ao Dai dry cleaned.

* If there is any irreversible damage to any of the Ao Dai, a charge will be taken from the bond.

Do I have to clean the Ao Dai prior to return?

No this is not required; we dry clean all our Ao Dai after each use. We recommend wiping off any visible marks with wet wipes.

Do you deliver?

We prefer that you pick up your Ao Dai from our Chadstone showroom (or Noble Park North alternate location) prior to your event. If you cannot pick up your Ao Dai we will see if delivery can be arranged; in which will incur a delivery fee.

What happens if my event gets cancelled?

We understand unforeseen circumstances may occur leading to your event being cancelled. We offer 24 months credit for future use; alternatively a refund can be provided with a re-stocking fee being charged.

What happens if I can no longer attend my appointment?

Please get in touch with us as soon as you know you cannot attend your appointment. Cancelling on the day of your appointment will incur a fee prior to your re-scheduled appointment.
